THE DIY HOME TREND TAKING OVER INSTAGRAM

There’s a viral DIY home trend taking social media by storm, and it’s oh so dreamy. Girls across the globe are transforming their mirrors into something I can only liken to marshmallow fluff clouds, using a single product from their local hardware store.

The result? Only the most epic selfie mirror ever. I’m a bit obsessed with this trend and have been eyeing the large mirror in our living room for the last week…dare I?

If you want to try this DIY trend too, all you need is a mirror (€99.95 // $129.00)—the bigger the better—and a couple tubes of expandable PU (polyurethane) foam. Be sure to buy the low pressure expansion variety of foam so you get the desired marshmallowy texture. Also, double check that you’ve purchased the correct color. I’ve seen this DIY done in every color foam, from pink to neon green, but the most popular (and chic), is the cloud-like, creamy, off-white tone seen here.
